Great Introduction to Van Lifestyle
Most people want to hit the road and start new, but forget the reality of doing so. This book gives great tips on the trend of van living and the pros and cons of it. I think it's insightful and like that the author gave her own experience of her time as she lived in a van with her husband. A major plus that it hits on wellness.

Read the PDF
I found the accompanying PDF after I listened and it has really helpful information that wasnt all in the book. The food information and the exercise examples I found very useful from the PDF. The extra resources from people who have successfully lived in their van and worked remotely made me feel more resolute to making this change. My eyes were opened to the ossible downfalls of living this way and I have more to think on now. This authot knows how to convey helpful information and add make it lighthearted.

Important information
I found this book incredibly important. I’d really love to take my freelance job on the road and visit family while working out of my car. I never thought about the toll it may take on my mental or even physical health. Great book.
