Great Book, Terrible Performance

This is an invaluable guide to DEI implementation.
It describes research with regard to what works and what does not. The performance, unfortunately, is terrible. Every sentence is delivered with the same sing - song pattern if raising and lowering of voice . Every sentence is delivered so that you are to believe that you have just been given a secret insight. In the end I deleted the audiobook and bought the Kindle version.

Disappointing

Old data supporting new assertions, and while I agree on many points that were made, overall I just expected so much more. There was no mention of emotional intelligence in the equation of diversity. Mentoring and sponsorship was noted, but no mention of coaching, very disappointing.
