Let’s get this out of the way.. I was given a free copy of this audiobook in exchange for my honest review.

The narrator was perfect. Even with his accent, I was able to listen at faster speeds and that’s usually impossible when the narrator has an accent. His voice was pleasant to listen to as well.

The story was cute and fun. I think adults and teens alike would enjoy this book.

I really enjoyed the story and for the most part the narrator was pretty good. But whenever he stated a new chapter or someone was yelling the audio sounded terrible. I dont think it would have been to bad if there wasn't a character that only yells. So please fix the audio before the next book.

My first read/listen with Goblin protagonists, and I quite liked it. Their culture here is well developed, along with the characters therein. The human are not nearly as developed, but hey, they're the bad guys... Plenty of action, and magic, and even a dragon. Give it a try, I recommend it!

What a fun and different book, I really enjoyed it. Told from the goblins’ perspective, the story is cleverly written and engaging. It was really interesting seeing the author develop there’s characters. I’m looking forward to the story continuing.

Narration was well done, sound quality was high. I felt closer to the characters because of the narration, which is always a great thing!

Goblin reign is a lot of fun. I think that anyone that table top role plays would enjoy this. Gehrke has a very compelling style, which I enjoyed.

This delightful, engaging story centers around a Gobling named spicy who loves to read and whispers to become a Sage but life has other plans in the form of him becoming a Hunter. Humans attack his village and most of his tribe is murdered. His sister is taken hostage and Spicy must now become the hero and save those that have survived. My son and i listened to this on a car ride to Seattle and it really made the time fly by. The pacing of the story is quite interesting and though some of the fight against the humans at times was gruesome i did not detract me from continuing with the story.
