Something is off here

Good content, especially about onboarding, but something about the culture approach advocated for makes me uneasy and uncomfortable. Something here smells inauthentic, but I’m not sure what specifically. Maybe I’m expecting a dystopia behind the happy facade? Maybe the idea of aligning employee values with company values seems like a cult?
