This Book Was Written For Me
I was impressed with how comprehensive this book was by touching on all the parts of you. Soul, mind, and body are connected, and a weakness in one can cause issues in the other. We are complex beings and sometimes cannot even understand what is happening within ourselves. It pointed out past experiences that could have caused some unhealthy thoughts to form. It all really comes down to what we think and not what others think of us. We have to be constantly aware of our triggers. To truly become our true selves we must let go of control and find the happiness we had as a child.

This is a great book that helps you focus on yourself. I think this a great opportunity for self healing and mental health. The book helps with self reflection and how to being that process. My favorite chapter is about your inner child. Everyone has one you just shouldn’t be afraid to let it out every once in a while. Completely and thoroughly enjoyed this book especially the chapter on the inner child.
