Helpful

I got this ARC via audiobook boom and this is my voluntary review. The music was distracting but I did learn to concentrate more on my breathing and understanding that I can't always turn my brain off to meditate and that is ok.

Awesome! Loved this so much!

This is a very easy and clear book with a lot of good points and suggestions. I really enjoyed it and learned quite a bit, this audio book made meditation easy for me

Great for Beginners

This book is great for getting you breathing and technique down for guided meditation. The narrator was spot on with her tone and pace. I really enjoyed the practices and techniques put forth.
