It gently calms me down


Because of my depression and PTSD, I frequently have panic attacks that make my heart beat faster and it’s hard for me to breathe like being suffocated. I am taking some sort of medicine and together with the audio, it can calm the racing thoughts in my mind.

A Real Lifesaver


I have been diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder(MDD) and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) for more than three years now. This meditation is also a great way towards reclaiming my inner peace. This audio helps me get through the day.

What we need the most


Shivani Batra's Meditations for PTSD improved my mental health. This audio is going to help a lot of people who have been through a lot of pain and are still going through it. Shivani has a strong and practical style of writing. Allow the healing process to begin.

Very informative audiobook
