It resonated with many previous conversations I’ve had. A good review to keep one’s ‘saw’ sharp.

Concise, focused & useful reminder

This is a very good audiobook , it is concise and to the point.

It gives you the structure or formula of what you need to do in conflicts.

You should switch from YOU YOU YOU talk and accusations, and use many I I I (am the victim and I need your help).
This causes the other person to be helpful and try to solve the problem instead of arguing.

I + Negative = helper, friend. rescue
I + Positive = Jealous, Admiring, defensive
You + Negative = defensive, enemy
You + positive = Validation, Friend.

I love it, will hear again! gives you structure!

The content seemed like it could be useful and helpful if my brain wasn't constantly tuning out from the readers obnoxious voice. His nasally weird gravel combination was just like listening to a saw scraping against hardwood. I had to listen to it at 2.0 and a .5 in order to changethe timber to try to just get through the material. I believe the material would be worthwhile but truthfully I barely remember most of it because I was just constantly annoyed by having to hear his voice.

Needs a different narrator.
