Eye opener
The things in this book, shed a light on things I felt I never understood but after this book it helped me get a better handle on what I'm doing to myself and to my loved one. This is definitely something anyone with Abandonment issues as well if your struggling with your marraige.

Not much.
This is repeatedly going over too much negative behavior and mindset almost as if subliminal suggesting, just like the previous book same topic..if fact word for word was repeatedly from the previous author.
