Very helpful

This book is just what I needed. I am an over thinker and have been working on my limited abilities to get a handle on it. This book is giving me the tools I need to be successful at over coming. It’s a very holistic approach to curing overthinking. It’s going in my favorites section because I will most likely have to listen to it often until I can overcome “Overthinking”.
