Healing for the Broken-hearted

A short listen packed with powerful tools for walking the healing journey. As a recent widow one effect is I have a hard time concentrating on actually reading, I am easily distracted. So I have been listening to books. I will be listening to this multiple times I am sure. A valuable
resource.

Truth

Just to thank you for all the insight and the fact I am not the only one facing this . Interesting to see how many people are experiencing the same things I am. Also to see how the guilt can play with your body

This book was excellent. All aspects of this book mirrored my feelings and has given me strength to move forward slowly with my life. I will continue to go to counseling to share my thoughts with others
