Just different was of thinking to help you make it easier

There’s a new way to help you deal with the grief. Not saying the entire book you need to take word for just take pieces that will help you out.

Be kind to yourself

Be kind to your self. Those few words couldn’t have hit me so hard. I’ve been fighting to please everyone to make them feel better. Not knowing I haven’t grieved myself.
Thank you Gary
