Soon-to-be new Moms everywhere should listen to this book. Being a new parent I know there are so many things to worry about. The list goes on for things to remember, but with the help of this book, I was able to take control of my recovery, and also learn to improve and perfect the way I care for my newborn. It has mental tips for recovery of postpartum, and I really enjoyed the exercises included to relax certain areas. Overall a great audiobook.

Demystified everything for me

So thankful for this book - the author does an amazing job teaching you all about the things to do before the baby arrives and how the woman can navigate body image, responsibilities, and newborn care after it arrives.

This audiobook covers all things from packing for the hospital, communicating with your partner, and taking care of yourself and the baby effectively after it’s arrived. I love how approachable this book was and how much it can make the listener feel understood.

The PDF is so so good as well. It includes lists of what you need to remember and what to focus on that’s most important during each phase of the process. I would highly recommend this book to soon-to-be or new moms.

Important tips for new mothers

A newborn child is fragile, extremely fragile. They need a lot of tendering and care, the type of care you don’t learn from traditional relationships with friends, family, and colleagues. And this is not the kind of knowledge you want to learn in the field, but be prepared before hand and that’s the purpose of this book. It prepares you for what to expect and how to handle the challenges that come with caring for a new born so there are no surprises. Great resource for any expecting mother!

Helpful!

I'm expecting a newborn soon and this brings me and my wife a lot of stress and pressure, I got this book to have a decent understanding of how to deal with the first baby, especially for my wife that is going to give birth and have a closer bond to our child, I personally learned a lot and the audiobook covers different difficult challenges that face all new parents, from the first day, week to breastfeeding to waking up at night ..., this is an essential tool. I love it
