Liked the book, it is the usual easy listening, takes you to another place that we are use to. I was thrilled she finally stopped using "delicious" in every romance scene, I don't think she used it once, which was good for me because I couldn't stand it. I was also thrilled to get no lectures on safe sex, it was becoming most annoying. No huge surprises in the book, the usual easy listening of Virgin River and Therese Plummer does these books well.

This one is excellent. Pulls the story out of virgin river more than the others, the puts it back where peace is found. This one is going to be a favorite. Narrator is excellent.

I have listened to every Virgin River story by Robyn Carr, and thought how and where can she take the characters in this series. Well shame on me. Robyn brought fresh characters in so smoothly and believably I was astounded. Great story and great narration as always. Keep it up Robyn, wish I could visit Virgin River!!

Would you consider the audio edition of Hidden Summit to be better than the print version?

I can't compare the two, my imagination will always do a better job when reading a book than listening to one!! The books always read more intense. But Terese Plummer is an excellent narrator and audiobooks get me thru my daily commute, in a positive frame of mind to tackle my work day!

Who was your favorite character and why?

Leslie, she finally saw through the lousy ex-husband, something I can personally relate too!!

What does Therese Plummer bring to the story that you wouldn???t experience if you just read the book?

emotion and empathy for the characters.....

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Oh I got teary during a couple of the passages....

Hurry up and write more Ms Carr.......I have read all you have to offer, i will soon be going through withdrawal!!
