Good introduction to meditation

This audiobook provides an excellent non-mystical basis for meditation, more akin to helping your outlook on life and helping in specific areas (sleep, eating, etc). A number of interesting anecdotes along the way too.

Very worthwhile

I am certain that, in time, I may want to raise my rating to a 5. I know I will listen to this again. It is certainly ambitious and profound. I am not sure I got all that is here on one listen.

Great tools to gain inner peace.

I will read this book many times over in the years to come and hope it helps others achieve happiness with the tools it teaches you. practicing these methods will teach you patience, empathy, self confidence, and awareness of yourself, others, and the world we live in. All while teaching you how to not let it effect you in a way you dont want it to. I will be sharing it with many people who want these tools in their life.

Dirty Little Secrets Of inner peace

The awareness that you are going to accept the consequences of your actions makes you act a certain way.

When you know you have nobody to blame but yourself, your choices and actions are well planned and thought out.

Improves living

This course has given me tools for living with major depressive disorder and anxiety. I can't know if it would be right for you, but it could be and I recommend trying it.

Interesting story...

I enjoyed listening to this almost autobiographical account of one man's journey in meditation. There were some good pointers. I think I would purchase another more technical guide (less anecdotal) to support Andy's story. But, absolutely no regrets. Easy listening.

Little Known Ways To Happiness

Everyone has faults and little things they don’t like about themselves. Accept you for who you are.

Inner peace and happiness comes with being comfortable with yourself. Embracing yourself, the good and the bad, gives you the first opportunity of acceptance. From yourself.

Only then can you look inside you and recognize things that make you happy.
