A great series

This is a good cozy mystery. It is almost four hours long and a lot is covered in that time. I never guessed "who did it". I will definitely red more books by Christa Nardi. We have enjoyed all the books in this series.

The narration was very good. I would definitley listen to Naomi Rose-Mock narrate other books.

I was given this book at my request and have volumtarily left this review.

Cozy mystery

Holidays, Hijinks & Murder is a clean cozy mystery appropriate for older teens and up in my opinion. I enjoyed the twists and turns of the storyline and I’m looking forward to more stories from the author. The narrator gave a great performance.

Ho ho ho Stacie helps solve a homicide

The title “Holidays, Hijinks & Murder” (by Christa Nardi) is the perfect title for the story. While preparing for Christmas, Staci Maroni and her friends become embroiled in a shooting and murder at the mall. I love the camaraderie of the friends and their willingness to help each other. Of course, they help solve the mysteries, and have a great Christmas party. The narration by Naomi Rose-Mock is excellent. She creates unique voices for each character and brings the story to life.

Bah humbug indeed, in all the BEST ways!

When Santa’s Elf takes a bullet at the mall Staci finds herself front and center in another investigation! Aptly named, Holidays, Hijinks & Murder is filled with delightfully defined realistic characters, features an interesting, smooth flowing plot that leaves no unanswered questions and dialogue that rings true! The narration is delightfully authentic and truly a pleasure for the ear! I loved everything about this one, especially that ending! No spoilers! Grab it and you’ll see exactly what I mean! Five fist pumping stars!

Great characters

This is the fifth book in the Stacie Maroni Mystery series. It begins with Stacie going shopping with friends for Christmas presents. A t the mall, they hear shots fired coming from Santa’s area. Santa’s elf has been shot. Stacie and her friends deal with helping the elf, notifying the police of an active shooter situation, and then try to help the detectives solve the crime.

Her relationship status is up in the air, the elf shooting has her wondering why others wouldn’t help the elf, her father is going on a cruise with his new wife, her brother is deployed, and life still goes on.

I enjoyed the story and the characters. I wished the book was a little longer. Already looking forward to the next episode.

Holidays & Murder

I really enjoyed this fifth book in the "Stacie Maroni Mystery" series. It amused me that Stacie was once again dragged into a murder investigation, even though her friends always tell her "Not to get involved". I find this series hilarious. I appreciate the relationship between Stacie and her friends and also the relationship between Stacie and her father. I recommend this series to others who enjoy this genre. Naomi Rose-Mock's narration was great as her performance fits the character of Stacie and the series well. I was given a free copy of the audiobook, and I have voluntarily posted this review.
