Perfect for newly licensed Agents
I found this to be comprehensive,, informative and easy to listen to. It starts at the very beginning of getting licensed, passing the test, locating leads, dealing with an IMO, etc. For this reason the first 30 minutes may not be useful to all;. From there it offers solid info on selling final expense. There are some unique sales tactics and rebuttals that even a seasoned sale person may find useful.

What made the experience of listening to How YOU Can MASTER Final Expense the most enjoyable?
Very good information that will help anyone to succeed in Final expense. If you care about detailed subject matter this one is for you. I really appreciate the detailed discussions and roll plays by the author. Every little detail increases my odds for success.
If you are not absolutely 100% interested in making a great final expense career it may seem dry to you. Otherwise all FEX agents can benefit from this audiobook.

A MUST FOR EVERY FINAL EXPENSE AGENT!!!
If you are an insurance agent or want to be, this is THE text book on the subject of Final Expense. Dr. Clark addresses a ton of very relevant issues and deals with underlying issues of success and failure. I will be listening to this book multiple times.

Bait and Switch-DO NOT BUY
In the audiobook the author gives several links to his scripts, however these links are no longer functional. I wrote him and was directed to his main site where you must then PURCHASE the scripts for $65. This audiobook has a few good nuggets, but is really just justification for WHY final expense telesales is a strong career choice.
Very misleading to those of us that want to sharpen our presentation skills. The author does not state anywhere that there will be additional cost for the scripts, which is the only reason I purchased this audiobook.
My first refund request after 4 or 5 years as a monthly member. Not happy.
