Love this book!

Another great book from James Smith! How to be Confident is not about becoming or pretending to be someone you’re not. It’s actually about realising that a lack of confidence in the most important areas of our lives might really be setting us back way more than we realise.
There is plenty of practical advice and evidence based info and I enjoyed the connections with James’s first two books.
If you read How to be Confident and then read Mindset by Carol Dweck, you could just very well conquer the world!

Enjoyed this soooo much!

Steps to progression.
This book was so good, I listened on my way to work and on the way home. It helped me ask for more respect for the work I do and helped me brush off others opinions a little easier.

I’m Not crazy confident. But this is well worth the read/listen/investment.

great insights and a genuine delivery

James has a unique and genuine approach that is appreciated in a world of copy cats especially in the "self help" genre. his opinions can be hit or miss, just as anyone else's, but his research, due diligence, and clear care for what he is doing is evident. refreshing and useful content (+)

Excellent Book

This is THE best book I’ve ever read about the topic of confidence so far. Well rounded discussion, and a brilliant distillation of most, if not all, of the relevant points from the field of personal development. The link with a fitness perspective reframes the conversation in an easy to digest and makes known ideas seem fresh. Beautiful writing style and excellent narration by the author who knows the topic through and through. Five Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worth the listen!

No matter where you see yourself on the scale of confidence you’ll find take aways to use in your day to day life. Hearing James Smith put his own spin on topics I’ve heard before, plus some new ones, gave me fresh insights I plan take the path I’m on to the next level with.

I found out about this book through Instagram. Now I plan to listen to his first book and hope to go to one of his talks in Australia.

Encouraging

This book was fantastic, captivating your attention from start to finish. James has his little jokes thats sometimes not funny but yet allows the reader some insight to his personality. The closing out statement really lit a spark in me. Hopefully it lasts. I have to be honest, I didn’t read this book to gain confidence even tho I probably should look to. I was simply curious to get some insight to James’s mindset and realistic way of being. I must say My expectations were met, and I was pleasantly surprised by how consumed I am by my own mind and thoughts. Really a eye opener!
