Become Genuinely Happy!
This is the best book about how to live a happy life. I really liked that the author differentias between emotional happiness and a happy mindset. Feelings come and go but it's possible to adapt a happy mindset which will bring us happiness no matter the circumstances. The practical steps in this book explain well how to get this mindset and start enjoying your life. I recommend listening to this book!
