Everybody wants to grow, but not everybody knows how to do it. This is a meticulous guide of how you can learn about about developing your mind and improving yourself, and maybe get better self esteem.
Through stringent research from medical reports and data, this is an audiobook where you dig deep into such things like neuroplasticity, the basics of neurons in your brain, meditation, helping to defeat ADHD, growth mindset vs fixed mindset, the power of meaningful sleep, and more.
This is a guide for every person, from the young kid learning to get better at school, a career professional looking to get a leg up on the competition, or seniors looking to sharpen their critical thinking skills. Changing your mind begins now.

I'm not sure how successful the author actually is, as he apparently couldn't even afford a human narrator, and it's atrocious! Very distracting! On top of that, he just basically rehashes every other self-development book ever written: stay positive, don't give up, take care of your body, get enough sleep, meditate, blah blah blah. Nothing new here, folks, and I honestly believe that, if the author even wrote it himself and didn't outsource it, he's just trying to earn some quick cash! I can't get back my wasted time or money invested in this trash, but I can warn others about it.
Note: I've never left a book review in my life. That's how bad it is!!!
Pure cash grab by the author!

- The writing is full of clichés and the same clichés are used multiple times to the point of making me want to scream - "this thing called life", "a thing or two", etc, etc...
- The content is a compilation of headlines and clips from other articles/papers/books. Some of the sentences will start, change direction, change direction again, and then finally...nothing...they just end...incomplete.
- Some random sentences are placed in the middle of a paragraph that it has nothing to do with...doesn't even fit the topic.
- There are sentences that use the same word 3 or 4 times...in JUST ONE sentence. Example: "There are genres that are unlike other genres but are genres that are a good example of why genres are important." This is not a direct quote, I don't remember the exact wording, but it is pretty close. AND, there is a lot of this in the book.
- The AI narration is horrible. In one sentence it will pronounce a person's name one way and then a few sentences later, it will be pronounced differently (Lee-Bron vs LaBron vs LeBron).
With all that being said...there are a few gems hidden in the narration. There has to be...AI steals ideas and wording from elsewhere and compiles it. So some of the information is great, it is just jammed together in a bad format.
AI written and narrated???
