I haven't been able to put the book down since it arrived. I was actually looking for a book on will power, but this one took it in a whole different direction. This book is great. It is an easy listen and the exercises are simply making lists. Those who are saying this book is pointless and is just about positive thinking are totally wrong and not writing out the exercises.
