Excellent Tool Chest!
Keith and Tom provide an excellent tool chest of phrases that can be incorporated into one's presentations whether selling a business opportunity or weight loss program. The tools can be used by anyone who gives a sales pitch. I will have to listen to this book again and again until I master its contents.
