Best book ever!!
I enjoyed how the author wrote this book. He made it easy to listen. I appreciated how he wrote the examples of how to achieve the results you needed to get rid of negative thinking. It is succinct and filled with examples that will be familiar to all. I will be recommending it to all of my counseling clients.
