The Wine Review gave this a 97, but I don't think it pairs well with salmon, so.... :-/

I wanted so badly to leave an unserious review, but I feel that would do a disservice to my fellow listeners, so here's what I really think: the interview at the end is great, but my favorite part of this recording was listening to Kyle tell the story about his grandfather and the cake--that alone was worth the audible credit. And also, I'm not crying, YOU'RE crying!

97?

I've been following Kyle since his original TikTok series "Things You Can Say to Piss Off Men" and was admittedly skeptical on how he would be able to turn this short form, albeit beloved, content into a quality book. Not only is the advice sound, but it was chock full of Kyle's signature whit and dry but cutting delivery. I also appreciated the interview and Q&A extra feature with his mom. I've listened to the audiobook twice and encourage people of all genders to challenge the established norms by learning how to call out the BS of toxic masculinity with humor and wry panache.

Absolutely loved the way this book was presented. The perfect balance of short segments to make you laugh with deeper stories to make you reflect.

A delightful and meaningful read!

The belly laugh that I’ve needed. Definitely recommend all ladies to give it a read. There is som profanity so not appropriate for the younger crowd.

So funny!

This book has been a very fun read! I got it as a recommendation from Audible and initially because I didn’t think it was, but I went back to it and listen to the preview. I laughed loud so hard that my son came to see what I was laughing at it. Hes 20 instead of going back to actually stayed and listen to the book with me and laugh out loud. I highly recommend this book. I’m gonna listen and again and again!

Very enjoyable!

This book was not what I expected. A more versatile audience. Obviously it wasn’t for everyone. What shall I say, a certain niche. Well don’t waste your money. I didn’t laugh once or I would not use any of those corny lines.

It was corny
