No more Wallflower
O'Rama Antoine-Renaud has written a great book and the narration by Garrett Kiesel is excellent.
As a shy person by nature I find it difficult to communicate in social settings. I always feel comfortable in smaller groups and with friends but larger groups have always terrified me to the point that my friends often ask if i am ok since i am bieng so quiet. I sincerely fell that the tips and techniques and methods outlined in the book will help me with my big group fear.
The section of the book on growing out of low self esteem should help everyone even those without low self esteem.

How become a social adept
Found this to be one of the most effective social/communication skill improvement guides I've ever listened. The author takes a unique, distilled perspective for helping improve your self confidence and communications kills, and does away with the in-between, superficial psychology people assume needs to be addressed. Also greatly appreciated the different examples the author provided, and how to navigate them given the skills provided.
The content was organized in a way that made it easy to understand, and the narrator was also engaging and easy to follow along with.

A smorgasbord of epiphanies & powerful techniques
Out of the countless communication self-help titles out there, I’ve never come across one that actually pinpoints trauma as a reason to why one might have a hard time interacting with others.
This was an absolute epiphany to me and has me going down a self-empowerment rabbit hole pertaining to the root cause of many issues.

Another epiphany I got from this book was how negatively impactful social isolation can be; I had no idea.
This excellent title also delivers a roundhouse kick straight to your low self-esteem, providing you with a smorgasbord of knowledge and methods to get you feeling much better about yourself.
A unique aspect is also the fact that this book’s subject matter pertains to how the pandemic has affected our social interactions.
