Informative Audiobook!
It's one of the best intermittent fasting books I've come across. This book gave fabulous tips you could do throughout your fasting journey. One I will be taking on is creating a meeting group with other members who are also fasting in my geographical area. I learned a lot from improving brain health, addressing anxiety and depression, fasting during pregnancy, and preventing diseases. Great Book and Motivation
If you want to start losing stubborn weight in as little as 28 days, then keep listening this book.
