Hygge is a Danish word used when recognizing a trend or moment, regardless of whether or not together with company, either in home or outdoors, rare or habitual as cozy, beguiling, or unique.
It only requires cognizance, specific gradualness, as well as the capacity to become available, understand, and appreciate the present. In this audiobook, I briefly explain the benefits, basics, and details of this lifestyle.
Most people these days live with very little or no changes in their lifestyle. If they decide to change something, they change one thing at the time, for example, diet. Sometimes, women like to join dancing classes. Some people start exercising. It is really difficult to combine all these different things together consciously.
My mission while creating this book was to take a lifestyle that covers everything, from nutrition to exercise, from home care to cooking, from carrier to relationship, so you don’t need to spend an unbelievable amount of time doing research and trying to put together the perfect lifestyle guide. This book will do that for you and explain every aspect in a very simple way so everybody can understand it.

I enjoyed the book quite a bit and I thought that the narrator /author warmed up quite a bit as he went along. I thought his narration added an extra depth of charm to the book its self. I thought it was a nice overview of the idea of hygge.

Pretty fluffy and light stuff
Coasting on the back of the positive happiness waive of personal fulfillment books these last few years. This is very light on information. I will summarize. The Danes are statistically a happy bunch. They like soft lighting, small groups of friends, and hot drinks, which all contribute to feelings of general contentment. So, light some candles, make some friends, and make hot chocolate and your life will be so much more full of hygge.

I loved this little book
I loved listening to the author narrate this little book which inspired me to start incorporating many of the simple ideas into my own life as I listened. I like that it's short enough to listen to again and again. Hygge is new to me but something that is impacting simple things in my life as I become more mindful of ways to make my surroundings and experiences 'hygge-ly'. It's definitely not difficult to do and I think it's already enriching my life. Highly recommend.
