Surprised how good!!!!!!!!!

I am being serious when I say all women should read or listen to this book once in their lives. Maybe even twice. We would all be happier and more successful if we did!

Great for modern women

Interesting (at times I would even call it fascinating). Loved all the real life case studies. Been using a lot of the advice and Im seeing a marked improvement in my confidence, mental health, physical health etc.

A lucky purchase

Took a chance on this book and wow I am delighted I did. I was worried this was going to be a bit "out there" but it turned out to be a very interesting, original and easy to follow book, containing some very unique advice.

Gave me an absolute heap of great ideas on how to effectively, REALISTICALLY, positively and calmly start days. Listened to this 3 times now and intend to keep listening as it contains a wealth of good advice (and actually some very funny moments too)
