Powerful self reflection of ourselves.
I never really thought much about my childhood shaping who I am today, but as I went through this workbook, I started connecting the dots. Growing up, I always felt like I had to be the responsible one, making sure everything was okay for everyone else. I never gave much thought to what I needed. Reading through the prompts, I realized how much of that habit carried into my adult life... always putting myself last, avoiding conflict, and struggling to set boundaries.
One exercise really hit me! It asked me to write a letter to my younger self. I sat there, staring at the page, realizing I had never once thought about what I would say to the little girl who just wanted to be heard. It was emotional, but also freeing. This workbook isn’t just about healing old wounds; it’s about recognizing where we’ve neglected ourselves and learning to show up with love and care. If you’ve ever felt like parts of you were left behind, this book is a beautiful guide to reconnecting and finding peace within.

Heal your inner child
This is a good listen with a 23-day guide for healing your inner child. I found an easy and quick listen. I especially enjoy the way that it put the healing journey one day at a time. Starting with Day one about meeting your inner child, to Day 23 for moving forward. This approach makes this healing process step by step and very manageable. I do not feel overwhelmed by the things that I need to do, and I feel I have a guiding hand helping me along the way. This audiobook will help anyone who wants to work on inner child healing in a stress free way, one step at at a time.

Love the audiobook
I can surely use inner child healing because there are so many things in life that I don’t know that can benefit me as a parent. Every child shapes our beliefs and who we are as parents. This book helped me understand and embrace happiness, to engage happiness. We need to be patient and learn the inner child to self-love. We must understand the needs of every child and health boundaries. I like the advice in the story and the narration and highly recommend this book. Great music is beautiful for comfort.
