If a man doesn't take you seriously, he may feel compelled to have a good time with you. Unfortunately this good time will last until you finally realize you're being taken for a ride or until Mr. Time Waster ultimately moves on to a woman he REALLY wants. In cases like this, what a woman really requires are two things: a healthy amount of self-respect and a set of "player-proof" dating rules that will allow her to make wise dating decisions.

Story
The MANipulator manual. Keep your man interested and begging for more without playing games. So many women get in trouble in their love lives, and 99.9 percent of that trouble could have been avoided if they'd said "Well, f**k him!" a bit more often. Too many women are way too nice and compliant to their men, especially when these men don't deserve that kind of treatment. I, as a dating coach and author of books for women who want to get men, cannot take it anymore.

Powerful self reflection of ourselves.
I never really thought much about my childhood shaping who I am today, but as I went through this workbook, I started connecting the dots. Growing up, I always felt like I had to be the responsible one, making sure everything was okay for everyone else. I never gave much thought to what I needed. Reading through the prompts, I realized how much of that habit carried into my adult life... always putting myself last, avoiding conflict, and struggling to set boundaries.
One exercise really hit me! It asked me to write a letter to my younger self. I sat there, staring at the page, realizing I had never once thought about what I would say to the little girl who just wanted to be heard. It was emotional, but also freeing. This workbook isn’t just about healing old wounds; it’s about recognizing where we’ve neglected ourselves and learning to show up with love and care. If you’ve ever felt like parts of you were left behind, this book is a beautiful guide to reconnecting and finding peace within.
