Authentic and profound
Listening to Jillian felt like I had a friend sitting on the couch next to me, giving me sound and straight forward advice. Going into 2025, her book is giving me confidence in myself to start focusing on myself and healing the parts of me that I thought love could fix. I know now that I need to love myself first.

Wow…YOU NEED THIS BOOK
This is an amazing book and exactly what the world needs now. It’s honest. It gives details on how to execute what it suggests to change your life and your relationships. Through the examples of relationship stories in the book, it gives the opportunity to see yourself and to own aspects of your life and take accountability for them. It doesn’t blame or victimize, it shows truth. And I know this book has forever changed my outlook on myself and my relationships. Thank you Jillian. PS-I have also found your podcast and can’t stop listening. I am 41, divorced and recently ended my longest post divorce relationship when I found your work. I am no longer repeating patterns. This would save my relationship.
If i listened or read this book a month ago, my relationship would be different. I am going through the most difficult breakup ever and i loathe my mind. A Guidebook to Looking at Yourself in the Mirror
This book brought me to tears. I absolutely admire and appreciate Jillian's vulnerability with sharing her personal struggles with the relationships in her own life and how she used that pain to transform herself and help transform the lives of other people. The main theme I got from the book was of the importance of taking accountability for our own behaviors and actions and to truly look ourselves in the mirror and be the change we wish to see. To be honest with ourselves, to confront our own fears and limiting beliefs. Then to take the courage and act upon all of this so that we can find the love life we truly deserve.
