New insights about meditation
Lately I’ve started listening to audiobooks more often than reading. It's more relaxing, especially before sleep. I’m not new to books on meditation, but this one has fresh ideas on how and why to meditate and offers deeper insights than I’ve come across before. Starting at the beginning, I tried to take each chapter to heart. It is a step-by-step guide and easy to understand and relate to. I’d recommend it.

Excellent and Enjoyable Audiobook
Inner and Outer Peace through Meditation by Rajinder Singh is a wonderful audiobook for anyone interested in meditation. The exercises at the end of the chapters are very useful for beginning and long - time meditators. Listening to the new audio brings a whole in dimension to the book. The words become alive and I find it easier to grasp the meaning of them.
