Best sleep book. Great mix between humor & research

A Dr. thats not afraid to curse & doesn’t hold back! This book is a great mix between humor & research that applies to anyone and everyone. There are a ton of useful tips backed with the studies to give you the confidence you’ll actually get your best chance at a restful nights sleep.

Recommending to everyone in know and care about!

Might have stayed up late to finish, but I didn’t want to stop listening. Tomorrow sleep will be a priority.
