It all started with a fake date....
Carly: They say never judge a book by its cover, but as an avid reader of "those kinds of books" and a member of my mom’s book club, it’s hard not to. I mean, who can blame me for lusting after a hot, tattooed, pierced, bad boy with milk chocolate eyes and all that amazing hair. The way he looks at me has me as wet as the Jersey Shore. It’s lust at first sight. Just one little thing stops me from throwing caution to the wind and letting him devour me the way all the heroes in the books I read do their women—I’m a virgin. Okay two, he’s my overprotective cousin’s best friend.
Jase: I’ve seen that look hundreds of times. She’s asking for it. Maybe not in words, but in the way she looks at me. I want to devour the hot nerdy little blonde with the big blue eyes, perfect chest, and perky little backside. She wants me too. Only issue is that she’s my best friend's cousin, and he knows I’m no Prince Charming who’s going to ride in on a white horse and sweep a girl off her feet. I’ve worked hard to maintain the reputation of being more the no strings, Prince Albert type of guy. But she’s making everything…hard.

Jase met Carly at the Jersey Shore one summer and they each had instant attraction. College students.
He was a bad boy, womanizer, had an on again off again girlfriend (Pam).
Carly wanted Jase to be her first, she had some backbone but her love for him made her weak because she always forgave him with no groveling.
Jase was about as mature as he was immature, he was hot tempered, and things had to be only be his way, and his actions ran hot & cold.
Carly stayed true to herself and faithful to him unlike Jase who wanted and loved Carly so much that he needed a release from another woman. If that is love I’d hate to see his hatred for her.
Didn’t hate the story but using a credit I felt it was unfulfilling and some parts didn’t work well. Also the male narrator should have had more parts in the story, that was lacking.
