About this listen

Living by my father's rules has never been easy. Who does he think he is anyway? Jase Steel has broken every rule he tries to make me live by. The Four Ds:

  • No Dating (Thanks to Carly and Momma Joe, that was nixed at 16.)
  • No Drinking (Shots of Jack at prom.)
  • No Drugs (College frat party and a bear-shaped bong named Smokey.)

The last one though, that last D, ruined my virgin skin, my relationship with my father, and changed my whole life. No Decorating. I should have listened to him...but I didn't.

Terrific unconventional love story

We get to follow little Bella as she moves from a teenager to an adult. While under the watch of a very overprotective Jace Steel and her Uncles. She finds love with Tags, a bad boy tattoo artist, she has met before. They both have issues to overcome but it a bumpy steamy ride to get to the HEA. All of the Steel family make several appearances ❤️❤️❤️

Great start to a series.

I love how the FL are strong. The story, in my opinion has a good pace. Doesnt drag out. If you want to know how The Steels started you have to start with the parents books. Troy is one of the best narrators, he makes you feel like your there. Elizabeth Hart is also great. This pair could probably make any book good. The Steel kids are great. I love how they are all still in every book of this series. Thought this book was going to be my favorite but it isnt. Funny, Sweet, Bad Ass girls, tear up and hold your breath. This book has it all.

Carefree

This is a fun loving story. I enjoyed it very much. I laughed. I cried. I got angry sad I got curious I was not expecting to enjoy it as much as I did. I am looking forward to the next book.

Good intro

Good intro to next generation. I like everyone still being in the story. A little over the top with dad. Only real complaint was it was sometimes difficult to tell guys apart which made the story hard to follow.

Amazing

Bella is one strong feisty amazing smart woman. Tags is one complicated smart man. He has a lot of baggage. She has the strength of steel. I could not put this book down. This story has all the amazing feels. You run through every emotion while reading. This is my favorite read of this year. A must read. Forever steel.

Daddy’s little girl grows up

This is a well done story and a quick ‘read.’ Smexy bits are always better with a good narration. Never heard of the previous Steel series until now. This seems like a good start to a next generation since this is about Jase’s daughter Belle who falls for Tags, a man with issues that are similar to her dads past challenges. The trigger topics related to mental health, unwanted children, illegal activity. Well written. Now I have to go back to the original books.
