About this listen

One woman with her entire life in front of her.

Having experienced a lifetime's amount of loss and love under the spotlight of her stepfather and stepbrother's rock and roll stardom, London Fields decides now is her time to shine. Leaving for college with a clear focus and big dreams around her musical theater major, she is ready to take on the world...under an assumed name. Protecting her identity will allow her the freedom to experience life and maybe love for the very first time.

One man with a second chance to live for himself.

A horrible accident devastated life as Logan Links and his family knew it. He spent a semester off from college to help them begin to heal and returns to school just in time to play one more season of college football.

Only one thing can make things...hard.

Logan and London have had a tumultuous relationship since he was 12 and she was eight. One that has always been buffered by their families' close connection. Now, they are on their own.

What happens when these two repeatedly run into each other without the watchful eyes of others? Will London's daydreams of Logan Links being the first man she kisses become a heavenly reality, or will his devil dimples lead her straight to hell?

Contains mature themes.

The best love story I’ve read this year. Logan and London have know each other for a long time. There families are close. They both have there own issues to deal with. At times I wanted to slap them both. Then there were times I wanted to hug them. I could not put this book down. Can not wait to see where the next book takes them. A must read.

Awesome

Immature guys & girls….but what do expect from a young adult romance. Will finish book 2 only because I want a happy ending to London and Logan’s story but will not continue with this series since I’m too old for this kind of books…lol.

Cliffhanger….young adult (college age) romance

This is one of my top 2 series in this entire group of stories. This was my second listen after reading. The only issue would be some of the angst is a little over done. well worth it.

Yum

Pedi Childish behavior. No one can solve anything with disagreement and blame. The characters played to many games

Don’t like cliff hangers

The story is ok, not my favorite. It's a lot of "I like you so we're just friends to I like you a lot and want to be more than friends to you did something I don't like and now I'm mad at you and don't want to look at you much less speak to you until they go right back to friends or more than friends and sometimes it all happened in the same day! It's enough to give a person whiplash. And there are their arguments, too. Neither one can stay on topic. It gets a bit old. They act like high schoolers, not adults in college. My 17 year old is more mature than both of these characters. The female voice actor does a great job except her male voice is awful. The male voice actor does a good job but his voice is not suitable to the character. He is more suited to voice a bad guy. He has a slimy, creepy type of voice and it just doesn't suit the good guy. It makes it difficult to listen to.

Story Is OK, Voice Actors 50/50
