Excellent Book

Anything that Tony recommends is likely to be good. I was a bit worried for the first hour or so as the book seemed a bit slow, informal, and lacking in depth. However, it quickly got better and continued to do so through to the end of the book. Overall, this was a very enjoyable read.

Me a Master?

What made the experience of listening to Just Breathe the most enjoyable?

Dan Brule has written a dazzling, yet grounded breath work guide that will convince you that the skills and tools to master your own breath are yours to develop. Just read the book and do it. "Start your day, with breath work", he advises, "even before you have coffee. He has a passion and enthusiasm in his voice that makes you say, "Yes sir", and begin to comply. Brule's voice has the snap of a military man, the lift of spiritual devotee and the comfort of a breath angel. Get the book. He will motivate you to start conscious breathing now.

Captivating

Excellent content great story

Would you listen to Just Breathe again? Why?

I really appreciated this book and the author's background. Dan Brule' is quite an insightful author and teacher with lots of anecdotal stories
I suggest this as a basic book for anyone desiring more balance and energy in mind body and spirit.

The information in this is great! Like a previous reviewer stated, I was not a fan of all the personal stories. Some of them were useful, but I skipped most of them.
