What would you do for 41 million dollars?
For Elizabeth Samuels (a.k.a. Sam), it's not some hypothetical what-if. It's the very real inheritance she stands to gain if she follows the stipulations in her grandfather's will when she takes over his family practice. The only problem? The stipulations mean a life she doesn't want.
Terri Anderson knows better than to get involved with her resident. She's had a work romance before - it didn't end well, and she doesn't want to be part of the gossip mill all over again. But with Sam, keeping her distance is easier said than done.
When Sam considers walking away from medicine, Terri knows she can't let her make that huge mistake. But changing Sam's mind means getting close. A little too close.
With so much at stake, now is definitely not the time to fall in love. Unfortunately there are some things in life you just can't fight.

When opposites meet there’s no telling what will happen and that’s the story throughout.
Will listen to this one more than once.
Great book!!

This second book might be a bit much for some: this one was chock-full of some pretty intense--and GRAPHIC--sex scenes. I thoroughly enjoyed it, myself. SO steamy, bit also a sweet romance. Sex can only be that wild and boundary-pushing if you really trust your partner, and the author created characters that were worthy of each others' trust. Since there are three books in the series, so far, I have to wonder what the next book will be like. This second in the series really turned up the heat, from the first.
I highly recommend this book.

Hot!
More gritty than the others.
I liked all of this series, but I think this one is my favorite.
Writing and narration both excellent.
Happy to hear/read more about these characters if Jaime Clevenger writes it.
Maybe the best of the series

This is her book and we see her meet Sam who starts out as a resident at Terri’s hospital, about to do rotations with Dr. Terri. However, Sam doesn’t really want to be a doctor(even though she is good at it) and Terri won’t date a resident. Their chemistry is scorching and they have to make choices that are right for themselves.
This author knows her stuff and doesn’t disappoint in writing not only Terri and Sam’s story but also adding a wrap up involving the other MCs from the previous stories. I loved the communication and trust that was built and felt throughout the book. The light bdsm was well done and flowed well with the character development.
I definitely recommend all three books in the Paradise Romance series/trilogy.
Communication and Trust are Sexy!

Book 2 let me down with the lack of intense sexual chemistry between two women, that spark or that fire seemed to be missing. Book 3, however, was a raging inferno. There were a couple of scenes I might be thinking about for quite a long while.
Overall, this was such a great end to the series. The development between Sam and Terri's relationship was so very good. I was completely immersed in their lives and could have listened to much much more of their story.
There was only one thing that I did not care for and that was how Terri's tone of voice came across. I guess I felt like it was too deep. Maybe that's just how I view a beautiful, tattooed, red-headed doctor.
