Publisher's summary

Seven strangers are invited to compete to win a clifftop mansion. The rules are simple: each contestant must have at least one hand in contact with one part of the house at all times. The last one to take their hand off, wins the house.

After 36 hours, a contestant is murdered. Soon they start to realise that it may not be the last person to leave the house that wins it, it may be the last person alive.

From the bestselling author of Find Us and Everyone in My Family Has Killed Someone comes a locked room mystery where the door is open, but no-one wants to walk through it.

Yes!!!!

I completely enjoyed this story! I didn’t see the twists coming (most of them), and I loved it! Benjamin Stevenson is quickly becoming a favorite for me!

Absolutely Hits the Spot

Intrigue, fascinating psychological landscape, and remarkably relevant aspects of today’s sensationalized clickbait social media landscape that flips power dynamics on their head.
Deeply satisfying read- I’m hungry for more books just like this!

Very enjoyable, just wish it was kid friendly

I'm not going to ding this story but it does need an adult rating for language and one adult scene. Ignore the other bad ratings as they are incredibly unfair. The ending is very well thought out and consistent, compatible with even the best who done it's.

Fun mystery. No regrets! Narration was up to par. I listen to a lot of Audible stories and I recommend.

Pleasantly surprised!!!

I downloaded this on a whim without high expectations so I would have something to listen to while I work out and kept listening in the car, while I cooked dinner… you get the picture.

Excellent performances and a story that kept me guessing and surprising me right up to the end!

What a delightful mystery

I loved this story. It had classic elements of a whodunit mixed with modern features of technology and social media. The characters were ideal, every one essential to the story, with even the clichés adding a bit of fun. I highly recommend this for an entertaining listen.
