Very useful for life
Its very useful to learn about we should focus and plan outcome more than set a vague goal such as If I will lose weight I choose set how many kilos ,not just I will lose more weight. I like the many ideas in this book especially minimalism. I am very happy I found this book.

I think this book states a couple of obvious tips to handle your laziness. But having said that, people need to hear these tips over and over again! I know I do! This is the kind of topic that needs repetition in practice. And this book certainly does the trick in guiding you through this process.
