Easy to apply premise and chock-full of helpful tactics for you to try to make more time for what's important to you, block distractions and maintain your energy.

The audiobook performance was a lot of fun, and matches the ambience of the physical book (which contains fun cartoons) well. A pleasure to listen to.

I love how the authors make it clear that they are showing things that can work but you don’t have to do everything and you don’t have to do it all at once. This is less overwhelming. I’m applying a few because I really just want to improve my life

Straightforward and clear steps
