One of the best books I've ever read. i cried and let go of a 6 year relationship that was very toxic for me. Kelsey guided me and helped me to trust, able to be strong enough for a new and SO MUCH happier life.

Worth the listen 🙏🏽
This book is full of helpful, calming resets and reminders. It’s also amazing as an audio book because of the guided meditations included. Will definitely be listening again
