Wasn’t What I Needed

Maybe if you’re casting a very wide net to determine what sort of arthritis you have, or even if you have arthritis, this book could help. It’s also interesting if you just want to medically nerd out. Her in-depth explanation of lab work was interesting.

However, I am a healthy, fit mid-age woman who has osteoarthritis of the hip and am looking for an upbeat handbook on how to live well and active with OA. I also want a qualified professional to write what I’m using as my guide.

I appreciate the author’s knowledge and comprehensiveness; but the book is just not for me. I’m returning.
