Feel the energy surge through your body

Perfect for Entrepreneurs
I thought the explanations in the beginning were redundant but I see why it was included in the audiobook. However, the meditations are the main star of the show. It builds a great atmosphere! The affirmations and breathing techniques inside each one have released so much tension and stress from me, it's unbelievable. I appreciate Matt Goodwin for making this.

Exactly what I was looking for
I needed something that really geared up the emotions in my system so that I could face my challenges with a fearless attitude. These meditations do exactly that. The audiobook starts off with a nice discussion of the top 3 mindset practices for entrepreneurs and then there are a host of meditations that follow. They are separated by morning, afternoon, and night. I loved the structure in this. Really enjoyed it.
