Beautiful Affirmation Quotes!
I really enjoyed listening to this audio book while driving a long distance daily trip by myself. It's just what I needed to calm down and enjoy the drive.
The narration is soothing and contains many quotes that anyone can relate to. There is a nice background tone and ending echoes with each sentence, to help you fully absorb the content.

Extremely useful!
As an extremely anxious who struggles with anxiety very often this book was a lovely read. The author's insightful and empathetic writing style resonates deeply with listeners, fostering an immediate sense of connection and trust. This book helped me grow and find peace by getting rid of my anxiety, a great deal. What I really loved about this book was that it only explains the methods but also offers clear instructions on how to incorporate them into daily life. The narration was soothing and the book provided a wide array of techniques, It is highly recommended by me!

Great audiobook full of soothing affirmations designed to calm overthinking, stress, and anxiety and support lasting peace and groundedness. I’ve left this on overnight the past several nights and woke up feeling rested and refreshed which is not the norm. Recommend for deep healing!

Reduce Anxiety
I found this book to be incredibly helpful for managing stress and anxiety. It focuses on hours of affirmations for stress relief, overthinking, and social anxiety. It also includes techniques for instantly changing your physiology using only your inhale and exhale.
The author also provides guidance on using affirmations, CBT, breathwork, and self-hypnosis to relieve overthinking, panic, and stress and relax into calm. Overall, I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for practical and effective ways to manage their stress and anxiety.

Lovely listen
I enjoyed listening to this book before bed to calm my thoughts and relax my body. The narration is a little slow, even at a higher speed, so I preferred to listen at 1.5x - but I guess that's each person's personal preference. The content was great, the affirmations soothing, and all in all I'm glad I added it to my library.

Checks All the Boxes
This is complete guide to stress and anxiety relief delivered by great narration.
This audiobook gives so many different techniques for managing stress and anxiety. It includes CBT, self hypnosis, meditation, and affirmations.
For myself, I most enjoyed the self hypnosis part because it is something I am very interested in. It's very helpful in exploring how hypnosis works and how to use it for yourself.
This is one to keep in your library as a reference to come back to as needed.

Helped me through a panic attack 🙏
I have my moments where my anxious attachment style and overthinking monkey mind get the better of me. Meditation doesnt work, its hard to focus on anything else, and I wish I could shut my brain off!
I started this audiobook in a dire overthinking-about-to-have-a-panic-attack moment 😔 and...
I breathed... I repeated the affirmations out loud... and this audiobook got me through it (woohoo)!
This audiobook is now officially in my toolbox of techniques. When my mind wont shut up Ill just fuel it with affirmations to remind it of the truth and eho is in charge (me)!

Relaxing!
Panic & stress relax into calm when listening and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! I found it to be a truly calming exercise experience. I especially enjoyed the music and narrator's voice, it kind of put me in a trance state that allowed me to absorb the positive messages. I think this audiobook is great for anyone looking to find relief from anxiety and stress.
