Thanks to Mental toughness
Thanks to Mental toughness, I am starting to get much more serious about my meditations and spiritual practices (Zen) again. I am beginning to find some inner peace, satisfaction and I am now a bit more able to focus on new hobbies (writing, painting, Shodo, Chado and learning to play the violin.) even in a weakened state.

Really excellent book.
It's amazing how much creating something, the sense of accomplishment that comes from unleashing your creative side, and the accomplishment you feel when you succeed at something you love to do can make your happiness skyrocket. Life isn't easy. I believe the only way to be happy is to bring out what you've got hidden inside and become the most creative person you can be. This is a great book to get to spark that Self Discipline.
