Rise at 5 AM to see more magic and productivity!
What to do at 5 AM? What is your goal in life? In this audiobook, Russel gives advice on how to sleep well, change your habits and your routine. I found it interesting that he talked about blue light. Not having a TV in the bedroom or a computer. He talks about morning activities in order to be productive and healthy. Meditation, physical exercise. Work on your emotions. I liked the part he talks about the brain. How it works, which part does what. Train your brain too.
He also talks about the importance of exercise every day. How it is important for the body and the brain. He talks about ages, healthy bones and muscles. It’s interesting too.
What also stood out to me were multitasking, distractions like the phone, procrastination and social networking. You have a problem with control and productivity. Well, you must not doing a lot of things at the same time. Pick your priorities as Russel mentions.
I recommend this audiobook for people who want to change their life, have more productivity, because they say there is a lack of time in a day.
The key to success is education to achieve your goals. Russel Jabobs shows it in his audiobook.

To get out of the 9-5, get up at 5 am
We all want and deserve more from our life and work, but not everyone can burn their ship and dive deep into the self-made entrepreneur life. Helps to achieve one’s goals faster.
I found this to be a refreshing take on how to achieve more for oneself. It definitely got me thinking about my path to reach my full potential. This audiobook has me already planning how I’ll be shaping my future and not falling into the all-too-common trap of fulfilling the dreams of my employer. What I liked the most, were the insights being provided in Chapter 3 that delved into establishing a morning routine.

The book gives hope and helpful advice for anyone working on someone else’s dream wasting away health and potential
I do wake up early but not 5am, I work hard but want more and this book makes good points on jobs not giving the best in life. The point of 5am making the difference is what I hope to try for at least 5 days and see the approach to get better of life purpose realistically.
The book is recommended for anyone who is stuck with job and will like to know how to get fulfilment and not waste your talent so one can achieve life’s purpose day by day.

Challenging for sure!
I wasn't sure I wanted to listen to this book...I mean who wants to get up at 5am!! But I am so glad I did. This book will challenge and inspire you to get back to doing what you love and fulfilling those dreams! I loved how well researched this book is, not all the usual fluff you get in most books like this. There are so many helpful tools, I especially enjoyed the chapter on thankfulness - I'm a big believer in Gratitude... Before! I definitely recommend this book!!
