Powerful tool to start your day
I listened to this with my niece, and we loved it. It's like a blast of sunshine into your morning, even on a gloomy day. I think there is a lot of value to listening to positive affirmations. You environment helps determine who you are going to be - why not fill it up with positive energy. That's exactly what this audiobook provides. Great narrator too.
