Christine Zane Thomas continues to keep the storylines original, and I’m really enjoying this series and looking forward to the next book/audiobook. Cris Dukehart, as always, continues to breathe life into each new storyline with her stellar performance. I highly recommend this book/audiobook to cozy paranormal fans.

I READ BOTH BOOKS IN THE SERIES THAT ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE ON AUDIBLE. BOTH ARE GOOD, AND YOU DEFINITELY NEED TO READ BOOK 1 FOR BACKGROUND AND CONTEXT; BUT I THINK BOOK 2 IS THE BETTER BOOK. SOME OF THE CHARACTERS ARE FLESHED OUT BETTER, AND THERE IS SO MUCH POTENTIAL FOR FUTURE BOOKS WITH THIS CAST OF CHARACTERS AND PREMISE. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO BOOK 3.

I really love this series and this book was even better than the first. Great witchy and paranormal fun. The narrator did a great job with all the voices and making the story real. Can't wait for more. Highly recommended.

A break from the real world. I enjoy it because here magic can change the world for the better. it's written in the first person. It has lots of twists and turns and interesting subplot. Book 2 was like coming home.
