Listened to it twice!
I'm a big fan of what Dr. Teta has to say on human relationships. It is rare that I listen to a book twice. As a person who has struggled with friendships and human connections, it was refreshing to listen to a book that focused more on the type of person to be than specific strategies like shake hands, but not too firm. I have long suspected that my struggles with connection had something to do with me, the common demoninator, had an idea of how I could be better, but this book laid out some specific ideas that I just didn't have. I appreciate that the focus comes back to taking ownership, personal responsibility, and being authentic. Jade and Danny also offer a great balance of personal anecdotes, research, and wisdom from the great philosophers. Humans are wired for social connection, so I'd recommend this book to anyone, but especially to people who are struggling with connection to others and things feel off with friendships.

Prepare to have your mind blown
Jade Teta has been one of my favorite public figures for a long time. He always has great insight on both fitness and personal development. This book focuses on personal development. Seeing the people in your life for who they are. Seeing you for who you are. He walks you through the process easily and with many personal stories to really take it home. I also enjoyed the chapter that Danny did.
If you are looking for a book to help open your mind to some real truths, I HIGHLY recommend this!!

You may think you already know this stuff... don’t be fooled
I’ve been a fan and follower of Jade Teta since 2013. I consider him to be one of my mentors but for whatever reason, I assumed that this book would be just like every other book on personal development and relationships. I’m glad that I was wrong.
Although I already know Jade’s story, having him share how he applied what this book teaches to his own life is what made this book really impactful. This book is practical, applicable and implementable.
Although I’ve known of Danny Coleman for the same amount of time, I didn’t know him and found his contribution to add a fresh (and different perspective) to relationships.
This is a quick & easy to read book. You will be grateful that you did.

Could Have Been a 5 Star
Great relatable stories, especially in Danny Coleman's sections. There are several very eye opening exercises for self exploration that I found helpful in developing my "next level tribe". My only complaint is that Dr. Teta (whose work I've always loved) brought up politics as a way of explaining his point several times. I didn't vote for the people he praised or put down, so my complaint isn't because he spoke poorly of "my gal or guy". I just don't expect, nor wish, to encounter politics in the self-help books I read. For that reason alone, I could not give the book 5 stars. If you can look past that one (in my opinion) negative aspect, you stand to learn a good amount of information toward upgrading your life and relationships.

When I Grow You Grow And When We Grow We All Grow!
I found this book very timely. I am an ambivert and since 2012 I decided that I needed to go inside myself and heal my childhood wounds from the conditioning of the world we were born into. I let go of several so called friends as I realized they were energy vampires and we no longer resonated with one another, which is good to know. This put me in a place of really isolating myself so to heal. Now that I have healed and discovered more about my own needs wants and values. I desire from my true authentic self to meet my next level tribe where we have each others back, learn, share our passions and have fun together. There are many ways this book helps you understand how to do this for yourself, through helpful exercises and stories. I now have a sense of what is possible for me and what to look for to create this kind of next level tribe for myself. In my opinion we are all in this together and together we are better. Humanity needs to awaken and start learning ways to care about one another from a next level and newly evolved awareness in order for humanity and our beautiful planet Earth to now thrive not just survive. This is a whole new way of perceiving and being the peace, love and joy we want to see in this world. Only you can choose for you and we all need each other to know who we really are and what we really are made of from a heart centered place. For united we stand and divided we fall. Time to pick your next level tribe to support you, so we all can thrive. Where we learn, teach and share with one another what is really working, circles within circles. Thank you Jade and Danny for sharing your wisdom with us and for giving us a great place to start from with this book.

Simple and Concise
Dr Teta regularly creates training programs that gets to the point quickly and simplifies issues to the important points. With this book, he's done the same thing. The book is a concise explanation of relational issues and maintaining a great group of supportive friends and family. The book does not get in the weeds and does not repeat itself like other similar books. The book is short enough to eventually read again when a good refresher is needed.

Find your tribe
As a fan of Dr Jade’s podcast, I couldn’t wait to give this a listen and I wasn’t disappointed. Jade and Danny did a great job giving listeners easy to put into action pointers on how to build your tribe. The content made me think twice about who I have surrounding me and the impact they have on my life. Overall a great listen I’d recommend to those who want to build a strong foundation of support around themselves and give back the same strength.

The Book You Didn’t Know You Needed!!
I never realized I needed a book like this. I learned a lot about myself, and it really changed my outlook on my social habits, and why certain types of people flock to me and vice versa.
