Increasing you Awareness
I enjoyed listening to the book over the morning while enjoying my cup of coffee. Nidra Yoga has helped me to understand the benefits of increasing my awareness of the world around me while helping to improve my life.
I highly recommend this book if you are looking for a change in your daily life and want to relieve stress and live a better life!
